No, unlike traditional braces which require regular adjustments, you only need to come in to have your Invisalign® checked periodically. The exact timings will be confirmed at the beginning of your treatment.

No, unlike traditional braces which can be quite sore due to the high pressures involved, Invisalign®️ only uses gentle pressure on the teeth so the most you should feel is an initial tightness which subsides.

Invisalign®️ is nearly invisible and definitely less noticeable than traditional braces. You will need to have small ‘attachments’ which are made of white filling bonded to the teeth at the beginning of the teeth which is what the aligners grip onto. These are only noticeable very close up and will be polished away at the end of your treatment.

You need to wear them for a minimum of 22 hours a day, only taking them out for eating and cleaning your teeth.

All our Invisalign®️ packages come with standard strength removable night time retainers which you will need to wear indefinitely at the end of treatment to keep your teeth straight. We also offer Vivera’s®️ which are Invisalign’s®️ own brand of high strength removable retainers. You can also upgrade to fixed retainers which are discreet wires bonded to the back of your front teeth.

Eligibility Criteria Applies to Invisalign® plans with at least 12 aligners, on a 7-day wear schedule.

You must wear each aligner for 22+ hours/day, in sequence, with no gaps.

A 12-week digital scan will objectively compare tooth position to your original pre-treatment scan.

Qualifying for a Refund If no measurable improvement in alignment is detected at the 12-week scan, a partial refund may be issued.

"Straightness" refers to visible movement of teeth compared to the original scan.

Evidence of aligner wear must be provided (e.g. returned used aligners).

Exclusions: Missed wear time or poor compliance. Cases with slow but progressing movement due to biological factors. Patients stopping treatment for personal or financial reasons. Any additional treatments already provided (e.g. whitening, cranial osteopathy)

Refund Details:

If approved, Invisalign treatment will stop and attachments removed.

A refund will be issued minus up to £1,800 to cover lab fees, planning and material costs.
